Im glad you memtioned the dextrose. It's not just sugar - It's straight glucose, which has a GI waaaayy higher than high fructose corn syrup. Dextrose/glucose has the second highest GI of any food additive known to man, roughly twice that of sugar. The only additive (so far)with an even higher GI than dextrose is maltodextrin which is added to almost everything nowdays and is the key ingredient in Splenda.

I’m using black seed oil while carnivore and it’s been incredible. I did some research and black seed oil comes from a cumin fruit plant. It has helped clear my skin, reduced inflammation, and is killing the fungus in my body, in one week my results are incredible. I stopped because carnivores said its not needed and all my symptoms started to return. So I started up again and everything is clearing up again. I will continue supplementing with it while doing carnivore diet.

I have my protein at like 130-150g daily and I’m 190lbs. I eat a lot of carbs and train hard with weights. I feel like I used to over prioritize protein, now I’m prioritizing carbs while still hitting protein and my performance is better. Carbs are not the enemy and thank you Dr Saladino for spreading that message.
